i also suffer from tmj disorderfor last 6 month.nothing worked for me like oral splint or medication.what worked for me is ‘Somatic exercises’ i found on you tube.please try out them.somatic exercises really worked for me

and personally i think that dentists DO fuck ur jaw up.. i went to the dentist sooo many times and remember me havin to open my mouth for sooo long that it HUR|T… How many people with TMJ problems have been to the dentist numerous times and THEN suffered some TMJ problems?? HMM!?!

I’m 22 and I used be REALLY BAD guys… my jaw wouldnt just CLICK.,.. it would get STUCK :-0 stuck sideways :’( i had this problem for about a couple of years and it got so bad that it started to become very painful.. WEIRDLY I’m fine now.. not even a click. NOTHING.. it just healed! I forgot about it! I just wanted to come onto a tmj video to tell people to STOP grindin teeth whilst sleeping, eat soft foods etc and giv ur jaw TIME to heal.. SLowly it will get better.
